Sales Playbook for Marketing to Real Estate Developers (May 2017 - Aug 2017)

Fujitsu Network Communications, Services Product Marketing Intern
  • Conducted extensive research on the real estate developer market and their primary consumers, Millennials, and the important role telecom services play in their lives.
  • Utilized both secondary and internal primary research resources to gather information.
  • Applied this research to create a 30+ page playbook on how to best sell Fujitsu's telecom services to real estate developers for use by the Sales Team to better reach that target market.

  • Served as a member of a marketing analytics consultant team for the Paul W. Bryant Museum Store at the University of Alabama​.

  • Assisted in the creation of S.M.A.R.T. goals for the client on ways to increase sales of specific merchandise categories over the next 10 months.

  • Determined relevant KPI's and a measurement plan for the client to gauge the success toward achieving each goal. 

Digital & Social Media Consultation (Mar 2020 - May 2020)
University of Alabama Supe Store, Advanced Digital/Social Media Course
  • Served​ as a member of a marketing consultant team for The Supe Store's (campus bookstore) Associate Director at the University of Alabama.

    • Performed research regarding Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, and The Supe Store's current social media presence.

      • Created Persona to detail what the ideal student influencer would look like and guidelines for qualities to seek when selecting a student influencer.

      • Conducted and summarized research on potential alternative email marketing platforms to increase reach, engagement, and relevance among student and parent subscribers.

      •  ​​Analyzed recent Instagram posts and provided feedback and suggestions for ways to improve content strength and follower engagement. ​​

X-Culture Global Team Consultation (Oct 2019 - Dec 2019)
Lady Bay Resort Australia, Global Market Management Course
  • Collaborated with a global team of fellow Masters students from all around the globe (​Kenya, Pakistan, and India) to serve as consultants for Lady Bay Resort in Australia.

  • Assisted in producing a final 20 page report outlining ways for client to increase the number of guests from other countries as well as increasing sales during off-seasons.

  • Learned how to communicate effectively with peers from different cultures, backgrounds, and educations to achieve successful project collaboration.

Aramark Bama Dining, Marketing Project Management Course
  • Served as a member of a marketing consultant team for Bama Dining's District Marketing Manager for 10 months.
    • Assisted in the  creation and distribution of a 26 question Qualtrics survey gauging parent satisfaction with current student dining options at the University of Alabama.
    • Created 19 page analytics report in Google Data Studio to help summarize and visualize survey results​​​ for client.

  • Executed 3-week long, inaugural university-wide fundraising campaign for United Way of West Alabama

    • Served as the direct liaison between UWWA and the University of Alabama.

    • Created 3-month campaign calendar from scratch detailing all fundraising milestones, deadlines, and events.

    • Led 3 different committees (social media, social events, and volunteers) to implement campaign.

  • Received 100+ unique donations and $100+ in raffle prize donations from local businesses.

  • Created revised campaign calendar and detailed task-execution guide for 2021 campaign.
